How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased through our partner website Eventbrite, who will provide electronic versions of your ticket.

How do I receive my ticket?

You will be emailed your ticket as a PDF at the point of order.  You can also view and download your tickets by logging into your account online or via the app.

Are there any age restrictions on events?

The events are for over 18’s, unless otherwise specified.  The details will be listed on the event ticket page.  

Do I need to bring ID?

We operate a ‘challenge 25’ policy, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for ID when purchasing alcohol. 

Do I need to print out my ticket?

You can display the ticket on paper or electronically - the choice is yours.  However we advise that you print the ticket in case there are any issues with accessing the ticket on your phone.

Does the ticket have to be in my name for me to use it?

No - anyone can use the ticket.

I haven’t received my ticket for the event

Tickets are handled by our ticketing partner Eventbrite and there are many options to find your tickets:

  1. Check the confirmation email that you received when you made the purchase - tickets will be attached as a PDF.
  2. Find your tickets on the Eventbrite app
  3. Log into your account at eventbrite.com and go to ‘Tickets’

If you can’t find your tickets after following all of the above steps, contact us via our website using the ‘contact us’ form.  

Can tickets be purchased on the door?

Only if they are still available - however to avoid disappointment we recommend that you purchase them online.

Whats included in my ticket?

Included in the price of a ticket is:

  • Entry to the event
  • Branded drinks glass
  • Your first drink on the house
  • Access to drinks bars
  • Access to street food
  • Live Entertainment
  • Access to masterclasses

Can I get a refund?

We can only offer refunds if the event is fully sold out up to 30 days before the event. Please contact us via our website using the ‘contact us’ form, quoting your name and booking reference numbers.

During the Event

Do I need to present a ticket for entry?

Yes you will need to show your ticket in electronic or printed format - this will contain a QR code which will be scanned by our door staff.  Failure to present a valid ticket may result in refusal to enter the event. 

Is food available at the event?

A selection of hot and cold street food will be served at all of our events.  Since we use external street food vendors to ensure we have the best selection and quality available, payment in cash or card will need to be made to the vendor (drinks tokens not accepted).

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

You will be given a wristband upon entry, which will enable you to leave and return at any point as long as you display the wrist band.

Is there seating?

There is limited seating available on a first come first served basis.

How do I pay for drinks?

You can purchase drink tokens from the token station and redeem them at the bars


Are children permitted at the events?

Please check the specific event for age restrictions.  Some of our daytime events are children friendly, whilst the evening events are adult only. 

Can I bring animals to the event?

Unfortunately not - however service dogs are permitted.

Are other drinks available other that the ‘themed’ drink?

Yes a selection of other drinks will always be available at all of our events.
